2014 GMCs was established and purchased Phase 1 factory to start remanufacturing semiconductor equipment and providing spare parts maintenance services.

2015 Started to produce independently developed brand liquid supply systems in Shanghai factory.

2016 Started to sell special materials and parts. Become a member of China 02 Specialised Materials and Components Alliance.

2018 Wuxi Factory #2 and #3 start-up. Expanded the category of remanufactured equipment. More independently brands equipment were developed.

2019 The Shanghai factory was expanded, with an annual production capacity of 400 sets per year for the liquid supply system.

2020 Purchased 122 acres of land and started to construct Wuxi Phase I New Factory with 60 acres of land.

2021 Started the construction of Yancheng factory, which is used for the development of CMP disk and CMP brush.
Bought a new factory in Lingang, Shanghai , which is put into operation in 2022.

2022 Started the construction of phase II new factory in Wuxi, which is mainly used for the development and manufacturing of self-branded semiconductor equipment.

2023 Started and completed the shares reform; started the construction of process verification platform.
